Mit dem neuen SL-PT880E-RL präsentiert uns Hersteller Shuttle sein erstes Motherboard auf Basis des neuen VIA PT880 Dual-Channel Chipsatzes für Intel Pentium Prozessoren. Das Board soll auch die kommenden Prescott-Varianten für Sockel 478 Plattformen unterstützen. Die Platine bietet dank der VT8237 Southbridge auch einiges an Features, wie zum Beispiel nativen Serial-ATA, 5.1 Sound etc.
